In 2-4, I chose a different circle layout, I call it mixed building block. A circle with 60 (30 + 30) steps may not ensure this, and results in some unexpected population lost. Therefore, a circle with maximum 58 (30 + 28) steps (even steps since all buildings occupy even territories ? ) will ensure ANY walker’s trip covers the entire circle. When a walker reaches his walking limit, he will choose the shortest path to return to his serving building (not necessary to be the way he hasn’t covered!). Every walker has a walking distance, the minimum walking distance comes from doctors: only 30 steps. This is because everytime when a walker encounters a cross, he/she will choose a direction randomly. The best circumference for the block should be 58, but my block obviously has longer circumference, and this is why I kept suffering from unstable citizen amount after 10 years.
